Returns & Exchanges
At Duckfeet, we want you to love the fit before you commit, so we've made returns and exchanges as simple as we can.
The Basics
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your shoes.
To qualify, items must be in like-new condition: soles clean and unmarked, leather free of scuffs, scratches, or creasing, with no signs the shoes have been worn outside.
Try them on carpet or another clean, indoor surface only, and take your time deciding. But shoes that have been worn outdoors - even briefly - no longer qualify for return or exchange, no exceptions. Please be sure to include original packaging and place the shoebox in a bigger box (please do not affix the shipping label to the shoe box itself.
Exchanges
We want you to find the right fit.
- Your first exchange is free.
- Each additional exchange is $10.
Returns
If a return is a better fit for you than an exchange, you have two options:
- Gift card for the full amount paid - no restocking fee.
- Refund to your original payment method, minus a $12 restocking fee.
